5 PM Pickup Policy
Boarding pickup is by 5:00 PM; pickups after 5:00 PM roll into an additional night at your dog's nightly rate. Your pet has received a full day of care including feeding, potty breaks, enrichment, and supervised playtime.

Puppy Classes
Structured day-program for puppies ages 8–20 weeks. Socialization, foundation obedience, crate confidence, and confidence-building all happen in small groups led by David.

🐕 Multi-Pet
Boarding multi-dog rate: $10/night off each additional dog from the same household — $45/night Standard or $50/night Deluxe for the second dog.

5% off stays of 7 nights or longer. Applied automatically.
Deposit, Cancellation & Capacity
Deposit to hold a spot
A 50% deposit secures boarding and board & train spots. Deposit applies to your final balance and confirms your dates against our 15-dog cap.
Cancellation
Cancel boarding 7+ days in advance for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit (we typically can't re-book a spot that close to the date). Holiday weeks require 14 days notice.
Capacity
We intentionally cap boarding + daycare at 15 dogs combined. Board & train runs 2–3 dogs at a time. This is why we book up — please plan ahead.
Outside-hour fee
Drop-off or pickup outside our published hours (M-F 7AM–7PM, Sat 9AM–5PM, closed Sun) carries a $10 fee when arrangements can be accommodated.
Late-pickup (boarding)
Boarding pickup is by 5:00 PM. Pickups after 5:00 PM roll into an additional night at your dog's nightly rate — your dog spends the evening with us, fed, walked, and comfortable.
Payment
We accept all major cards, cash, and digital payments. Final invoice is due at pickup.
