My dog is anxious about grooming. Can you help?

Absolutely! Our NePoPo® training includes gentle handling techniques for anxious dogs. We go at your dog's pace, take breaks as needed, and create positive associations with grooming.

What if my dog is severely matted?

We assess each situation individually. Light matting can often be brushed out. Severe matting may require shaving for your dog's comfort and safety. We'll discuss options before proceeding.

Do you have any additional fees?

Our pricing is transparent. Additional fees only apply for: severely matted coats (+$20-40), aggressive behavior handling (+$20), and express service if available (+$15). No hidden costs!

What vaccinations are required?

Current rabies vaccination is required (we can verify with your vet). We also recommend DHPP and bordetella for the health and safety of all pets in our care.

Can you do specific breed cuts?

Yes! We specialize in breed-specific styling and have extensive experience with poodle clips, terrier cuts, spaniel trims, and many others. Bring photos if you have specific style preferences!

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a $25 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the fee to respect our limited scheduling.
