We're 20 minutes from downtown Seymour via Chapman Hwy (US-441) — a flat, scenic drive into Blount County with no mountain roads, no Pigeon Forge traffic, and no parkway congestion.
What we run looks more like an extended-family setup than a kennel: a 15-dog cap, owners living on-site 24/7, our head trainer David Van Fleet (one of the only NePoPo® Graduates in East TN) handling group dynamics, and daily ProPet photo updates so you can check in from a Cades Cove overlook or the back of a Dollywood line.

The Pigeon Forge / Sevierville commercial kennels stack dogs 4–6 per run during October leaf season, Dollywood Christmas, and spring break. Our 15-dog ceiling is a hard ceiling. If you book in advance, your dog actually has space.
We've handled hundreds of "we got here Friday and the cabin owner said no dogs" calls. Same-day boarding for Smokies visitors is possible if we have space — text first, don't drive over.
Crate preferences, food allergies, "do not pair with intact males," meds at 0700 — written in your dog's file and followed by whoever is on shift. Not retold each visit.
Maddie and David live on-site. The person who picked up your booking call is the same person walking your dog at 5 AM. The Sevier County corporate kennels can't say that.

From Seymour, take Chapman Highway (US-441) west toward Maryville. The drive is about 20 minutes through scenic Blount County. You can also take Sevierville Road to US-411 — both routes are straightforward with no highway merging.

Tourist-season weekends (October leaf season, Dollywood Christmas, spring break, July 4th) are usually full 4–6 weeks ahead. Outside peak weeks, same-day is often workable. We will need current vaccination records on arrival; ask your vet to email them while you're driving.
From Seymour, take Chapman Hwy (US-441) southwest into Blount County — you'll hit the Maryville bypass and reach Tomotley Rd in about 20 minutes. Avoid US-441 going east through Pigeon Forge entirely. If you're coming from Wears Valley or the Cosby/Townsend side, take US-321 west through Townsend and over to Maryville — much faster than the Parkway during tourist weekends.
No — that's specifically why our 15-dog cap is a hard ceiling, not a target. The big Sevierville and Pigeon Forge facilities scale up to 80–100+ dogs during October leaf season and Dollywood holidays. We do not. Same headcount, same staff, same routine your dog walked into on Tuesday is what they'll experience on Saturday.
